Thank you for shopping at The Mart Tools! We are dedicated to delivering your favorite kitchen and home gadgets safely and quickly across Pakistan. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Delivery Timeframes

  • Karachi: Deliveries usually take 2 to 3 business days.

  • Other Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): Deliveries take 3 to 5 business days.

  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and national holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

  • We offer flat-rate shipping across Pakistan (or Free Shipping on orders above Rs. [Apna Threshold Likhein, e.g., 2,999]).

  • The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you place your order.

3. Order Verification (For Cash on Delivery)

  • To protect our business and ensure safe delivery, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a quick verification.

  • After placing an order, our team will contact you via Phone Call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your address and order details.

  • Unverified orders (where the customer does not respond within 48 hours) will be automatically canceled.

4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or Email (provided at checkout) so you can track your shipment's journey in real-time.

5. Damaged Parcels & Delivery Issues

  • Please do not accept the parcel if the courier packaging looks severely damaged or opened.

  • As per our Return & Exchange Policy, we highly recommend recording a quick unboxing video when opening your package. This helps us quickly process a replacement if any item inside is found damaged during transit.
